Due to the huge amount of spam and virus infected email I receive lately, please follow these instructions when contacting me:

1. Please never send any attachments before acknowledging me in advance and getting my approval prior to sending.

2. Please always title your message (in the "subject" line) with my full name " Kobi Israel " and a brief summary of your mail.

I will not open any mails that contain attachements from unknown senders.
I do my best to reply each and every e mail within 48 hours , unless when I am travelling and "on the move " ( you can check my trip schedule by clicking here ). If I am in London and didn’t reply your e mail within 72 hours , it probably mean I didn’t receive it. So please resend.
